Job Purpose: This is a strategic role to support Business Planning, monitoring of partner performance, and design and administration of the Partner Rewards Program
Key Result Areas
Supporting Actions
P&L
Preparation of Monthly P&L- Income reconciliation
Budgeting & planning
Preparation of Budget vs Actuals and Variance analysis
Performance monitoring & Rewards Architecture for distribution partners
Partner engagement programs \xe2\x80\x93 design of the entire program, architecture
- Monitoring partner level profitability and designing robust programs to improve performance and scale
Budget monitoring and reporting
Expense analysis and cost control Initiatives
Incentive and performance dashboards
Incentive Calculations Partners, RMS
- Monthly Dasboards for Business Intelligence
Qualifications:
Post Graduate
Minimum Experience Level:
8-12 Years
