About Our Client

Client is a leading publically listed conglomerate in Specialty chemical and sustainable AgroTech. Present across the globe in more than 100 + countries.

• Strategic owner of all Enterprise Data platforms - processes, Data Architecture, Security, Applications, etc.
• Lead design, execution and operational upkeep of all Data platforms
• Partner with the Enterprise Data Architect to lead the Data Democratization strategy and execution
• Ensure right design and technologies to support various types of Data consumer needs across the platforms
• Align with Data Governance and various business Data roles to ensure right-sized Governance across various types of Data

• Participate in the design and implementation of the Data Mesh architecture

• Guide hiring, retention, and talent development in an area of technical, application, and domain expertise aligned to organizational vision. .
• Partner with data science and analytics organizations across the enterprise
• Leadership comes through technical depth and ability to lead/influence within and across businesses and functions.

The Successful Applicant

• 17+ years of overall experience in technology with good focus on Data & Analytics
• 7+ years of experience with Enterprise Data platforms
• Hand-on experience with Data Platform Governance, implementation of Data Mesh, Analytics compute and Data Democratization implementation
• Awareness of overall cloud technology landscape in Data & Analytics
• Experience working with Product Owners, Data owners and D&A delivery organization
• Mandatory experirence in working with a Manufacturing, chemicals or Oil N Gas industries.
