Product roadmap and design * Own the product vision and roadmap
  • Lead the mapping, implementation and roll out for customer journeys on tech platforms
  • Review current customer journeys and re-define them to be "Best In Class" journeys
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure effective implementation and roll out of initiatives Be Product owner for agile schema of running projects and part of daily scrum calls to track and deliver the initiatives
  • Drive adoption of digital products among users
Project Delivery
  • Deliver the planned activities on time and within planned cost
  • Ensure roadblocks are removed by bringing in functional experts, and by aligning the functional hierarchy
  • Monitor defects getting leaked into production by ensuring complete coverage of features/functionality during UAT
  • Continuous monitoring of scope throughout the project life cycle to avoid any scope creep or change requests. In the event of changes being requested, ensure to keep them minimal and take up only the most critical changes
  • Ensuring that business benefits and KPIs are defined in business case document and monitor them post go live of any project
Training and capability building * Ensure users are trained in the new product and platform launches
  • Ensure there is a continuous handholding and getting users up the curve
Financial and process KRAs * Ensure the key financial KRAs like revenue, productivity, cost, etc. related to the product are met
  • Ensure key non-financial KRAs like TAT, NPS, etc. are met
Relationship management with partners * Manage day-to-day/regular interactions with partners and vendors
  • Nurture relationships with such partners and vendors for long term and mutual benefits
  • Conduct POCs and with the support of business units and IT to find innovative solutions to day-to-day business problems
