Job Description

:
 Responsible for new Client Acquisitions and maintaining good relationships
with the existing clients.
 Implementation of various marketing plans in line with different insurance
sectors (All LOB in EB & Non-EB - Marine, Property, Fire, GMC/GPA, etc).
 Business Intelligence: Be the eyes and ears in the market and constantly be
in touch with updates in the insurance industry and IRDA requirements.
 Conceptualize new initiatives for increasing sales and top-of-mind recall
amongst potential corporate clients to leverage Company’s brand.
 Identifying, qualifying and pursuing business opportunities through market
surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead
generation.

Desired Candidature:
 Minimum 10+ Years of strong selling experience (Preferred Industry
Insurance Broking)
 Ideal candidates would be dealing with Decision Makers or Business Owners
in Emerging Corporates.
 Ability to work within a constantly changing environment.
