Experience: 5-10 yearsRoles and ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy and Planning:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to drive growth.Team Leadership:- Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team.- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to sales professionals.- Set clear sales targets and track performance metrics.Client Relationship Management:- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and proposing tailored IT solutions.- Negotiate and close high-value contracts and partnerships.Sales Operations:- Oversee sales processes and workflows, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and marketing initiatives.Revenue Growth:- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, upselling to existing clients, and expanding market share.- Monitor sales pipelines and take proactive measures to ensure targets are met.Market Analysis:- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies. -Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team for product development and market expansion.Reporting and Analysis:Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the executive team.Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.Qualifications:- Master degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Knowledge & expertise in google architect is a plus point- Proven track record of success in corporate sales, particularly in the IT industry.- Capability of revenue generation through Sales of firewall, storage, CCTV, total networking project, IT manage services, leased line services etc.- Strong knowledge of IT solutions and services.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.- Capability to coordinate with Technical Team to develop the proposal for Infra networking project and its CBA.
