Head of Collections

:
1. Person will be responsible for all cases related to Soft BKT & Hard BKT as well W.off in verticals like Industrial Property Loan(SBF)/ Big & small Machinery Finance, SME (Secure & Unsecured)

2. Responsible for managing/controlling portfolios for Multiple States.

3. Find out non-workable a/c\'s (skip/non-starter & NPA) & its planning for resolution.

4. Execution of Interim orders/summon and Warrant under Section-9/17, NI Act 138/25 & EP

5. Responsible for monitoring the team and the daily activities of the collections systems and process adopted.

6. Ensuring disposal of repossessed saleable stock through auction as well as retrieving sale order\'s timely through legal department & Ops.

7. Handling in-house team & taking support of collection from local branch (Sales Support)

8. Team Size - Direct 15 to 25 and In-direct 25(Total In-house Portfolio)

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. A bachelor\'s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. A master\'s degree is a plus.

2. Proven experience of 8 - 10 years in a collections role within the banking or financial services sector, focused on both secured and unsecured loans.

3. Ability to handle all buckets

4. Experience in verticals like Industrial Property Loan(SBF)/ Big & small Machinery Finance, SME (Secure & Unsecured)

5. In-depth knowledge of collection laws, regulations, and best practices.

6. Demonstrated success in implementing and managing collections strategies that resulted in improved recovery rates and operational efficiency.

7. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team.

8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while handling multiple priorities.

9. Certifications or additional training in risk management, compliance, or related fields are advantageous.

10. Age - 40 to 45
