You are expected to have trained in hand made pastas, Neapolitan pizzas, grills, sandwiches and salads etc. Any experience with an authentic Italian establishment is a plus, your job requires you to keep the kitchen running smoothly, manage inventory and ordering, staff shift management and customer engagement.
