Urgent opening for AVP- Manufacturing/ Plant Head / Plant Manager / Vice President Manufacturing/ GM Manufacturing Company Profile: Client is a global solution provider for complete environmental control with a specialization in Air Engineering, Environmental Control Technologies. The candidate selected should be an Engineering graduate (preferably from a reputed Engineering Institute in India) and with extensive experience in the medium or large d enterprise in India. The position would report to the VP -Operations. Responsibilities: Lead and manage Production and Maintenance function Ensure that commitment to the customer on Quality, Cost & Delivery is met Ensure strong process discipline & quality orientation across the manufacturing operations Continuously benchmark and improve \'process and methods\' to improve productivity & quality Maintain periodic MIS related to Production and implement corrective actions for improvement. Ensure ERP implementation for smooth functioning of manufacturing To maintain the 5S & Lean on shop-floor and deploy & maintain ISO systems. To lead and drive on cost saving by efficient use of Energy and Processes. To ensure the Safety on shop-floor and foster hazard free environment. Expectations: Lead the overall manufacturing operations as role model Expected to be guide and mentor for the entire team under his command Expected to maintain a good harmonious relationship with the workers Sensitive to customer needs and committed to Quality, Cost and Delivery. Mechanical Skills & Experience Required: Should have managed medium d manufacturing/plant operation as Head or Plant Manager Preferred industrial background from Machine building or equipment manufacturing. Exposure in the field of welding, sheet metal fabrication, assembly, powder coating.
