- Maintaining & updating Monitoring Tools & third party integration
- Setup of new E2E Monitoring
- Amendments for existing E2E Monitoring
- Develop third party integrations with Monitoring tools & interfaces
- Provide consulting to stakeholders
- Ensure stable operations
Job Requirements
6 to 12 years of experience in IT infrastructure and application monitoring administrator and Transformation project.
Design & review monitoring architecture
Responsible for the implementation of future versions
Impact assessment
Capacity management for the monitoring Tools
Maintain documentation for all operational/Support processes for the system supported; automate repetitive process wherever appropriate
Promote and follow prescribed project management guidelines for project
Should be able to perform Migration project (OML to OBM) is mandatory
Work on business growth opportunities and creation of opportunities pipeline
Own/Participate in all the relevant service review, discussions, governance and reporting meetings.
Own and manage issues, escalations and risks.
Should have good understanding of Stakeholder management, Service level management, KPIs, SLA adherence, shift working, Ticket management etc.
Ensure adherence to compliance requirements like GDPR, BCP, Information Security etc.
Should have a good understanding of Agile, Scrum and Prince 2 frameworks.
