We have been assisting clients in finding simple and timely solutions to business problems with varying complexity. This has been done using the innovative approach and leadership in the area of information technology. Addon Technologies Inc., is looking for Resource Executives / Recruiter with hands-on experience in H1 transfers, hiring OPT, CPT, H1, TN, EAD, and Green Card candidates.. Should have excellent communication skills. Willing to work in night Shift. -Minimum a year of experience in Recruitment (US Staffing). Should have a good understanding about the trending IT skills in the market. -Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals for technical training and placements. -Hands-on experience on portals like Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder etc. -Expertise in identifying potential candidates through job portals, referrals, forums, networking, headhunting with minimum Turn-around-Time. -Must have hands on experience in hiring H1 transfer, TN, EAD, and Green Card candidates. -Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status. -Screening the resumes and maintaining a separate database and Following up with the candidates. -Explaining and Negotiation about compensation / packages, assessing relevant experience, education, skills, qualification to determine pay type/rate, relocation benefits for the consultants.
