Responsible for handling end to end recruitment cycle
Responsible to work on all types of requirements (W2, C2C, 1099)
Responsible to build database on daily base
Responsible for daily submittal targets. These submittals should be qualified to interviews to Hires
Should possess knowledge on all IT concepts and latest Trends
Responsible for maintaining and communicating candidate follow-up and status update on a regular basis
Responsible to source profiles from various domains
Responsible to manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high-volume basis
Ability to use Boolean search strings to identify qualified candidates utilizing multiple recruiting sources
Key Measurement Criteria
Submissions to Interviews to Hires Ratio
Calls and Email Ratio
Writing Notes on each consultant you submit
Revenue Growth within the Team
Daily Job Duties
Collect and understand the client requirement thoroughly and closing the requirement with qualified submittals within the response time
Conducts searches using traditional & creative sourcing methods, including internal database searches, online searches, Internet postings etc.
Determine candidate suitability by evaluating requirement, negotiating compensation package, assessing relevant experience, education, skills and personal qualifications to determine pay type/rate, relocation benefits, required H1 processing, etc.
Should collect feedbacks from Reporting Manager and improve the quality of submittals
Should follow up with consultants for interviews and make sure there are no blackouts
Should be the single point of contact for consultants from initial screening till on-boarding
Responsible to manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high-volume basis
Requirements and Eligibility Criteria
At least 1 Year of US Staffing Experience in us staffing process
Must have hands on recruiting experience and understand US IT Recruitment at large
Having experience using any established ATS systems like Job Diva or CIEPAL or Bullhorn is added benefit
Having experience on VMS portals like Field Glass, Beeline or IQN is added benefit
Proven negotiation skills are a must. Requires excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with candidates at all levels
