US IT Recruiter (Night Shift)
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India
Shift Hours: Night Shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM)

Job description
Must have sound experience in USIT Staffing/Recruitment/ 1-5 years’ experience).
Well versed with all kind of US Visa and Tax terms (W2,1099 and C2C)
Experience in Recruiting consultants on Corp 2 Corp, 1099 Basis for Contract, Contract to Hire and Fulltime positions.
Responsible for End to End recruitment.
To line up potential candidates and screen as per the client's requirements.
Sourcing the relevant profiles from the various job portals as per the requirements.
Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US.
Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client.
Analyzing Searching, Calling, & Submitting consultant profiles as per client requirements from different sources like job portals, references, networking sites etc. as required.
Conduct initial screenings, reference checks, negotiate pay rate, relocation, coordinate client interviews and work with the Account Managers to close the position.
Responsible for maintaining and communicating candidate follow-up and status update on a regular basis. 
 
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and work independently.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
 
Desired candidate profile:
Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
Familiar with different US Tax terms.
Experience recruiting from various domains.
Experience in VMS/ Direct client-based US Recruiting.
Proactive, just-in-time recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high-volume basis.
Traditional and Out of Box Recruiting Strategies to close positions as per Client needs.
Good understanding of both domains based and technology-based recruiting.
Ability to use Boolean search strings to identify qualified candidates utilizing multiple recruiting sources.
