Geographically based in New Delhi, India with its sales office in New Jersey, USA;The JobResponsibilities :- The primary focus is to bring new business from new and existing clients.- Define and develop lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts & to further penetrate existing accounts.- Maintains an ongoing relationship with prospective clients, continuously assessing and communicating how Collar Search as a RPO can meet their needs.- Cold calling and Market research to locate the potential Vendors/Clients.- Should provide timely feedback to the management regarding performance, activity reports and account strategy concerns.- Expertise generating new business for APO Augmentation Services.- Excellent interpersonal, rapport-building and negotiation skills.- Expert in Delivery Management / Client ServicingIdeal Candidate- Excellent communication- Knowledge and understanding of US Accounting, Quickbooks and Bookkeeping- Sales experience required proficient skills in QuickBooks, NetSuite, Tally, Microsoft Excel, and any other US Payroll SoftwareExperience : 1-5 years of experience in Sales (Preferably in US Accounting Sales)Shift Timings : 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (Saturday and Sunday Off) - 5 days workingJob Location : Noida, Sector 60 (work from home for next 3 months) (ref:updazz.com)
