The GTM Program Manager will work with cross-functional teams to operationalize alliances offers. You will design and drive continuous optimization of NPI processes to create repeatable and scalable models for launching new offers that enable partner route to market. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of launching products successfully, turning strategy into execution, transforming to drive operational scale to support ServiceNow\'s speed of innovation, and delivering business outcomes on time and with high quality. The successful candidate is results-driven, with a bias for action, who brings a strategic approach and thought leadership to achieve desired business outcomes. What you get to do in this role: As a GTM Program Manager , you will program manage and help operationalize high impact strategies that drive growth and improvements in the business. You will be expected to drive analysis and work closely with cross-functional leaders throughout the company with minimal supervision Typical projects require the ability to work in cross-functional teams comprising of leaders from business units and functional groups. You will also partner with the leadership team to drive business cadence, measure, and track critical initiatives, and assist in the preparation of content for Executive discussions In this role, you will work on highly complex problems, gain insight into the strategic and operational issues which are forefront in the minds of the leadership team, have exposure to senior-level decision making, and establish relationships with people across the entire company Play an active role in launching new NPI offers related to alliances Design/optimize businesses processes to support new offers launch Define and execute program plans with cross-functional teams to ensure commercial & operational readiness for launch Ensure comprehensive planning including post sale readiness Develop, manage, and execute detailed project plans that consider all requirements, constraints, resources, and deliverables associated with the defined objectives Conduct thorough and detailed analysis to produce data driven recommendations to enable leadership decisions Develop required documentation such as process design documents, workshop agenda & presentations, stories, use cases, roles/responsibilities Continuously apply a customer / partner lens across the customer journey to identify and execute optimization opportunities to improve NPI objectives Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Perform risk management to minimize project risks Provide regular updates on the project to senior management stakeholders. Support senior executives in developing key presentations for internal and external audiences Qualifications To be successful in this role you MUST have: Proven experience in launching SaaS offers, experience enabling partner offers / partner route to market motions. Well-versed in SaaS business processes and customer lifecycle Good understanding to Quote to Cash, Goal to Compensation and partner business processes Exemplary program management skills: this is in terms of process and documentation, keeping two steps ahead of the plan (foreseeing issues, risks, dependencies) leading and facilitating meetings crisp verbal & written communication skills with ability to negotiate/influence and work cross-functionally In addition, our ideal candidate: You are a critical thinker, embracing \'out of the box\' thinking to solve problems Highly analytical, fact driven, and process orientated mindset Ability to conduct meaningful analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionablemessages and deliverables Thrives in fast-paced environment, adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment to drive results Ability to challenge the status quo and develop mindshare to drive towards a common goal Ability to synthesize information that can be easily consumed by various executive audiences Experience working on large strategic initiatives from framing the problem, conducting research/analysis, building business and operational plans, and driving execution through to success ability to multitask Strong communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing, comfort in business and technical discussions Effective at building relationships, collaborating, and influencing others experience working with senior executives across various geographies and functions Strong analytical and financial skills to work on complex business issues with minimal supervision For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $137,500 - $240,500, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
