Oversee all aspects of revenue cycle management for assigned accounts Organize, manage, and monitor the performance metrics of the team Develop and implement revenue cycle integration models Maintain and monitor revenue cycle metrics for assigned clients Provide strategies for continuous improvement in team performance Job requirements 5 to 11 years of relevant work experience Experience in leading over 20 team members is preferred Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills Well-versed in current RCM concepts and best practices Flexible to work in night shift as per business requirements
