The Business Enablement group is a key driver of Digital transformation for Barco Business Sales, Service, Marketing, Manuf. & Logistics, Corporate functions. The business enablement group creates solutions across SAP and Salesforce technologies which empowers our different business units.
The Business enablement tech stack empowers people to do better work more efficiently and it includes solutions from Sales Enablement to team Collaboration to Content Enablement and much more.
Barco will be migrating to SAP S/4HANA from on-premises ECC6.0 in near future which will benefit our business and add overall business value by radically improving your business processes, leveraging your data for improved insights, and driving business agility.
About the Role
As an SAP Functional, you will lead Barco into the future by translating system requirements into the design and configuration of customized Finance (FI) & Controlling (CO) systems in an agile environment. The success of Barco is in your hands as you transform vital business needs into SAP processes and drive innovation. You will part of the functional team responsible for SAP ECC migration towards to S4HANA. Key Responsibilities:
Ability to architect solutions in the SAP Finance & Costing functions by seamlessly integrating with other modules like SAP PP SD etc.
Ability to determine standard costs and investigate variances with actual costs
You should be able to setup a new enterprise setup.
Work with business management to gather business requirements, prepare as-is to-be, configuration changes, unit testing.
Configure global settings for electronic bank statements.
You will collaborate with multiple teams like Business partners to define and understand the requirements and then explain the system solution
You investigate problems in search for the root cause and the solution(s) within your areas of responsibility.
You can effectively communication skills and knowledge to close communication gaps through proper channels.
You can easily integrate into a (virtual) team and work autonomously.

About the Successful Candidate-
Preferred Skills and Experience: B. Com / M. Com / CA / ICWA
Desired Exp. Range 5 years to 10 years, SAP FICO certification preferred.
Thorough understanding of SAP FI and CO. Very good experience in Controlling submodules like CO-Product Costing and CO-Profitability Analysis and CO-Profit center Accounting is must.
SAP Functional configuration expertise in General Ledger (FI- GL), Controlling (CO), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting (AA), Project Systems (PS) Profitability Analysis (PA), New GL
Exposure to integration with other modules such as MM, SD, PS is preferred
SAP certification an advantage.
Experience of SAP S/4 HANA experience is an advantage.
Demonstrate eagerness to learn new techniques and methods, follow lead and achieve results.
High internal drive/self-initiative; Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
