Your role
Are you an experienced, organized Program Manager who enjoys working in a diverse corporate environment? Do you have a background in delivering cross divisional programs that are cornerstones of the strategy of the organization? We are looking for someone like you to join our AI, Data and Analytics (ADA) Foundation Hub team to:

• Help lead the oversight of this complex, cross divisional initiative providing transparency on deliverables, timelines, etc.
• Act as key participant in planning using agile methods
• Work with stakeholders to support translating initiative impacts into comprehensive broader engagement strategies
• Collaborate and consult with stakeholders and sponsors to help clarify and define requirements
• Refine and provide regular status reporting for consumption by top level senior management

You'll be working within the global Artificial Intelligence, Data & Analytics Center of Expertise team, closely interacting with our business professionals and data scientist teams across the bank. You will be joining a team that are helping to scale, build and leverage data and AI in the business. The team partners with different divisions and functions across the Bank to develop innovative digital solutions and expand our technical expertise into new areas. The team has recently been founded and you will have the opportunity to further shape and establish its footprint in the organization

Your expertise

• 10+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, including 8+ years' experience in financial services or a similar corporate environment
• Strong grounding in Agile methods
• Experience in data related topics or programs
• Solid organizational skills and high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Proactive, flexible outlook and proven ability to build strong relationships quickly, confidence in dealing with colleagues at all levels is essential
• Structured, self-sufficient work style coupled with distinct planning and proven execution abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, managing conflicting priorities that require the effective use of resources across functions, businesses and time zones
• Strong written and spoken English language skills required
• Strong PC skills essential, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
