Your role
Do you want to play a key role in driving the success of a key strategic initiative for UBS? Do you want to be part of a team that is designing and building next generation data solutions using the latest technologies? Are you an ambassador of new ways of working and culture?

We’re looking for an experienced professional to:

• Interface with key stakeholders, including senior managers, engineering, support, and SME, to define, develop, shape and refine requirements of a complex software product at the heart of the ADA FH
• Drive new product feature and functionality across the organization and in partnership with Engineering teams across the group
• Understanding and help define QBR, OKR’s to measure performance of the mesh setup
• Drive and defend the customer experience as a key deliverable for all projects
• Lead a team of Digital Product Owners to enable delivery of projects and initiatives
• Work closely with the Platform Product Management team and stakeholders to understand and fulfill the product vision and roadmap
• Be responsible for conveying market needs to your Scrum team by refining the backlog based on business value
• Be accountable for the independent delivery of value to customers and stakeholders by ensuring that the right product is defined, prioritized, and built
• Act as the custodian (caretaker) of the product roadmap and vision by helping to shape and refine them

Your team
You'll be working within the global Artificial Intelligence, Data & Analytics Center of Expertise team, closely interacting with our business professionals and data scientist teams across the bank. You will be joining a team that are helping to scale, build and leverage data and AI in the business. The team partners with different divisions and functions across the Bank to develop innovative digital solutions and expand our technical expertise into new areas. The team has recently been founded and you will have the opportunity to further shape and establish its footprint in the organization.

Your expertise

• strong product leadership skills as well as 10+ years of experience
• background of delivery in the data domain
• data-driven and analytical mindset to understand the business context and make the right decisions
• ability to demonstrate experience driving change across a variety of organizations and influencing key stakeholders
• knowledgeable on information security, technology risks, operational resilience and automation, ensuring our technology meets non-functional requirements and complies with expected standards
• up to date with emerging technologies, open source, open standards and new practices, recognizing and realizing opportunities to enhance our technical approach
• experience of delivering using Agile methods
