Job Title: Graphics Designer cum Social Media Strategist Job Summary: We are seeking a highly creative Graphics Designer cum Social Media Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for design and social media marketing. This individual will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging graphics for social media platforms as well as developing and implementing social media strategies that align with the company\'s marketing goals. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative and engaging social media campaigns, including content creation and scheduling for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create graphics and visual elements that support the brand identity across all social media channels.
- Create graphics and visual assets such as infographics, videos, illustrations, animations, and other digital content that effectively communicate the brand\'s message and engage the target audience.
- Manage the company\'s social media channels and monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and use this knowledge to make recommendations on how to improve the company\'s social media presence.
- Work closely with the copywriting team to ensure all social media content is aligned with the brand\'s voice, tone, and messaging.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns and use this data to improve future campaigns.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in graphic design and social media marketing.
- Strong proficiency in graphic design software
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, social media marketing, and digital marketing trends.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design is a plus.
