Graphic Designer cum Social Media Coordinator Skills and Educational Qualification: Diploma, bachelor or postgraduate degree in any discipline with graphic design, production design, advertising/media or equivalent. The candidate must possess a minimum of 2 years of working experience in print media, cinematography, editing (photo/video), social media advertising tools and operations, and have good verbal and written communication abilities. Roles and Responsibilities Social Media Management and Promotions 1.Develop, implement and manage the social media strategy of the school and maintaining, developing the school's social media channels . 2. Develop brand awareness to ensure that social media networks remain a source of information regarding the news and activities of St. Francis De Sales Higher Secondary School. 3. Monitor analytics and effectiveness of social media strategy and provide regular updates regarding the progress. 4. Ensure all social media platforms are consistently branded. 5. Producing termly digital reports analysing our online engagement and web traffic. 6. Monitor trends in social media tools, trends, and applications. Communication and Events 1. Liaising with colleagues across the School to gather news of events to inform and update school publications, in particular the website and printed publications. 2. Attending school events to take photographs, and videos and report on activities. 3. Managing the photography at the school, including liaising with external photographers at times of need. 4. Assist with daily website updates and maintenance. 5. Connect with students, staff, and guests for "spotlight" stories and video updates to support marketing initiatives. Support to marketing and public relations: To support the marketing efforts and public relations communication with design and media assets to brand standard including, but not limited to 1. Development of print and digital ads, backdrops, banners and other print collaterals. 2. Development of photography and video assets to capture life at St. Francis De Sales Higher Secondary School. 3. Liaising with external agencies and print vendors. 4. Developing and maintaining the asset library. Job Type: Full-time Salary: ?15,000.00 - ?26,000.00 per month Schedule:
