Job Description


You will be responsible for: * Sales Planning and Funnel Management to achieve Monthly Numbers, deliver Volume & realize Revenue for assigned geography

  • Manage relationships with various stakeholders along with negotiating and customizing the Company\xe2\x80\x99s offerings regularly
  • Guide the team to achieve their targeted revenue every year
  • Training, Grooming, Enabling and Reviewing team towards delivery of assigned targets every month.
  • Key Account Management for identified business and critical accounts to ensure repeat purchases, higher share of customer wallet by leveraging cross-selling opportunities
  • Analyze the customer funnel to derive business intelligence leading to reduced acquisition costs and improve stickiness and repeat rates amongst acquired customers
  • Enable changes to sales processes to improve customer conversion. Champion customer centricity and inculcate it in the sales associates
  • Oversee, supervise, and take ownership of the entire process nationwide by collaborating with both Regional and Central Category Fulfilment Teams.
Qualifications-
  • 17 - 22 years of sales experience in a B2B ecosystem, dealing with companies in EPC, Infrastructure, and/or Real Estate Sector
  • Exposure to Leading Sales Teams and Working by Example
  • Strong Ethics and High Perseverance
  • Excellent Communication Skills with bias for Action, Self-Drive and Initiative
  • Product - Construction/Steel
