The Global HR Process Excellence Head is accountable for the effective planning, delivery, implementation and day to day management of the HR Process excellence and improvement program and team. In close partnership with the JLL User Experience function, ensure that customer facing HR processes are designed and implemented based on human centered and lean principles Collaborates closely with HR function/business owners and HR Operations to ensure all products meet end to end requirements aligned with customer experience principles. Responsible for supporting operational excellence by incorporating continuous improvement and quality methodologies centered on the customer's key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving customer-centered outcomes across JLL HR . This role partners with Service Excellence to ensure continuous improvement loops/feedback are managed within the plan and roadmap. This role manages across multiple geographies and cross functional teams requiring the ability to interact and manage a variety of global and local leadership/stakeholders to navigate global processes for the delivery of delightful employee experiences.
Key Accountabilities

  • Deploy the HR Process excellence culture implementing Human Centered, Lean and Quick Win (Kanban) approaches driven by business needs .Implement Human Centered Process Design framework for key customer facing HR products and services in partnership with JLLT UX.Implement Lean Process Design framework to remove inefficiencies and optimize output (volume and/or quality) across backend HR processes using AGILE methodologies.In partnership with key JLL functions (Transformation Management Office, Technology, User Experience) deliver HIT (High Intensity Transformation) program for HR driven by Human Centered & Lean Process Design and Scrum team structure.Deliver Quick Win program for HR leveraging Kanban methodology .Implement and adopt continuous improvement & feedback team and protocols .Create process improvement quarterly roadmap plan aligned to HR priorities .Establish mechanism for generating improvement recommendations to Platform Leads and/or CoE product owners.Establish experience success metrics, monitor progress and publish reports .Develop and maintain HR Process Inventory using standard JLL methodology and tools Skills & Competencies
Technical
  • Mastery and experience using and applying process improvement best practices & techniques, such as lean, six sigma and project management skills in a structured project environment..Demonstrated experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques..Proficient experience in budget, planning and vendor management Interpersonal
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate and present appropriately at all levels of the organization through written and verbal methods..Excellent influence management skills, including the ability to manage senior management and other key stakeholders..Ability to work across multiple, distributed, silo'd, functional groups to drive results .Strong enterprise-wide vision, seeing the big picture, recognizing critical details and dealing with ambiguity..Proven work experience in managing others and building high performing teams and organizations .History of well-developed integrity, ethical behavior and collaboration .Ability to maintain neutrality and calm demeanor in tense / conflict-ridden situationsQualification/Experience: .Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business, or other related field,.5 or more years of progressively responsible, relevant process improvement leadership experience, consulting is preferred.System Used: .Process Software & Tools .Workday, Service Now (HR Direct) .Payroll (ADP and related tools).MS Office suite Populations Served: .Employees, Managers, Candidates.HR & HR Leadership .Business and Functions
