Citi\xe2\x80\x99s Chief Information Security Office (CISO) \xe2\x80\x93 Global Identity and Access Management (GIAM) team is seeking a Governance Manager to support the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi\'s data security policy in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. Leveraging an internally developed enterprise entitlement review system to govern access certification for Citi, the ideal candidate will strengthen governance and embed oversight into end-to-end processes and programs. The GIAM Governance Manager for APAC is a mid-to-senior level position reporting to North America management with shared accountability to regional GIAM leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent GIAM Governance responsibilities in the Asia Pacific region
• Govern access certification of Citi\xe2\x80\x99s information systems as well as the users and technologies involved
• Assess regional business needs and need to expand local coverage to meet governance obligations
• Address and solve complex critical business objectives while adhering to Citi\xe2\x80\x99s Mission of enabling growth and economic progress
• Execute collaboration across business and technology partners to influence all levels of cross-functional teams, such as other Information Security Programs, Quality Assurance, Operations, Technology, and Sector Representatives
• Partner with stakeholders to validate compliance with Information Security (IS) policies, practices, and procedures to deliver solutions to a variety of IS related issues
• Provide IS consulting services, including interpreting / clarifying IS policy, procedures, standards, or concepts to ensure processes are appropriately aligned with Citi compliance standards
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm\'s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
• Manage a team of direct reports in both strategic and tactical delivery of improvements to processes and programs
• Manage all aspects of projects that are responsible for reinforcing the safety and soundness of critical processes related to the Identity Lifecycle
• Collect and analyze data to provide evidence of potential operational and compliance risk and communicate findings verbally and in written form
• Collaborate with SMEs to construct technical process workflows and draft proposals to recommend solutions to potential risk and inconsistencies identified during the exercise.

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of relevant experience (3-5 years in Information Security)
• Works independently \xe2\x80\x93 self-starter with solid research skills used to provide analysis and make decisions to determine project direction
• Prior experience driving IAM projects to completion including generating all essential project documentation
• Knowledgeable of key IAM concepts (Identity Lifecycle, Role-based access, Segregation of Duties, privileged access, access certification, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills including the ability to manage project scope, complete multiple tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and provide status reporting while adhering to high quality standards to meet stakeholder expectations
• Perform root cause analysis and evaluate best solutions to draft and implement a plan to remediate identified areas of opportunity
• Ability to assimilate a large amount of information and know how to prioritize and act accordingly
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Ability to follow group process, including ongoing follow-up on action items and communicating group information on project status
• Coordinates communication with cross functional teams and stakeholders across the enterprise
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Proficient in data analytics (Advanced Excel, moderate SQL and Access) is a plus
• Knowledge of web-based platforms such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and other web-authoring tools is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum Framework and/or Agile certification(s)
• Working knowledge of Scrum and Scrum ceremonies and ability to lead them
• Intermediate Jira knowledge and experience
• Intermediate Confluence knowledge and experience
• Scrum Master and/or Product Owner certifications preferred
• Experience, establishing, developing and leading teams
• Experience with industry IAM Governance platforms (Sailpoint, IBM, Oracle, etc) is a plus

Education:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner or Scaled Agilist certifications a plus
