LSEGs Intelligent Automation Centre of Excellence (COE) lead end to end delivery of automation projects that drive customer and business benefits from ideation through to production and support. The Intelligent Automation Governance Manager is a key role within the COE and an experienced leader with a strong track record in solving business challenges through the application of a broad suite of Intelligent Automation capabilities. This role acts as a liaison across multiple technology, business, vendor, and Intelligent Automation COE partners ensuring appropriate governance is in place. The role holds the responsibility to ensure that the right automation opportunities are prioritized for implementation and will facilitate governance forum meetings, investigate technology issues, owns the governance and control framework, and ensures technology preparedness for future automation. As a key role within the team, they will also act as an advocate for Intelligent Automation. They will be abreast new and emerging technologies that the COE can take advantage of to further improve our service offering. Responsibilities: Understand LSEG's Intelligent Automation toolkit and guide the COE and stakeholders on the appropriate governance approach Interface with key stakeholders and Technology teams on governance requirements Facilitates Intelligent Automation pipeline, portfolio and technology portfolio reviews Is the custodian and owner of Intelligent Automation documentation ensuring standard methodology documents and version control is in place with appropriate sign-offs Troubleshoot and assist project team(s) in resolving critical technical issues Manages overall communication approach with guidance from the communications team as required Stays abreast of intelligent automation capabilities and support stakeholder awareness sessions Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Advanced Analytics or equivalent Project Management certification Certification in Robotics Process Automation capability Celonis Process Mining certification (preferred) BPM Workflow tool certification (preferred) Other Intelligent Automation certifications (preferred) Experience/Skills Requirements Extensive experience providing intelligent automation governance support either through a professional services firm or in house company function Experience in AI and Advanced Analytics including NLP, hyper-automation, machine learning advisory and implementation that can drive significant business benefit Knowledge in Agile (Scrum) framework and user story creation Knowledgeable in RPA augmentation with other Digital technologies to architect transformations Excellent communication and presentation skills Sound knowledge of Agile project execution methodology Expertise in designing solutions on Legacy ERP's/Mainframes.
