Better requires process, discipline, and simplification
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be accountable for overall candidate experience of Interns/Campus Hires from offer to onboarding. You will be responsible for Performance Management of Interns during internship duration and career progression. With the responsibility of developing and administering effective human relations programs, you will also partner with Talent Acquisition and campus outreach committee for Campus Relationship and Employer Branding within various campuses in country offering Technology graduates and position Western Union as an employer of choice for Day 0/1 campus drives. For this role, you will have 5 to 9 years of experience in HR or equivalent, with extensive knowledge of India laws, policies and customs and experience in management of large, high-performing teams. You should have experience in handling multiple tasks and changing priorities, communicate effectively, and provide customer service to all levels of internal and external customers. You will need to have prior experience in campus hiring events. As a bonus, you will stand out if you have previous experience of agile working methodologies.
