Job description Human Resources Executive [Generalist] is responsible for managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit. As a key member of the human resources team, successful candidates should have extensive experience managing learning and development programs, executing payroll activities, performance management, and employee engagement. We are looking for an energetic, polished individual with exceptional communication skills and a talent for driving human resources efforts. Successful candidates will gain expertise in managing end-to-end HR operations including learning and development programs, performance management, payroll, legal compliances, conflict resolution and employee engagement. What you’ll do

  • Manage and organize our HR platform
  • Manage the entire employee journey from onboarding to exit
  • Manage implementation and maintenance of existing company policies
  • Develop and execute upskilling and cross-skilling programs for engineers at all levels
  • Organize and manage knowledge sharing sessions
  • Develop and execute structured performance management protocols and system
  • Execute on employer branding strategies in collaboration with partners and trainees
  • Run all payroll related activities along with required legal compliances
  • Organize and manage company retreats, knowledge workshops and other team engagement efforts
  • Establish and maintain relationships with learning and development partners and training organizations
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Engineering, Product and Design communities in India
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Human Resources Executive
  • Extensive experience in managing learning and development, and employer branding programs
  • Experience using HR management systems (eg. Keka)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of Web Application/Mobile technologies
  • Motivation and passion for building long-term relationships
  • An Innovation mindset
