Department Sales & Marketing:
- Establish clear lead management processes and protocols for the sales team to follow.
- Monitor the progress of leads through the sales funnel to ensure they are being actively pursued.
- Encourage open communication within the team regarding lead updates and progress.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to enhance the skills of the sales team
