Salary : INR 15-30 lakhs per annum (Fixed & Incentives) + Stock Options
- PickMyWork is looking for an Associate Vice President to build on our success to date and help build a strong foundation for our future growth and ambitious scale plans.
- The Associate Vice President will be a key member of the senior leadership team.

Role description :
- The role of Associate Vice President (AVP) is critical to our success.
- Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the AVP will be accountable for establishing new client projects and delivering growth across a multitude of established projects in his/her portfolio.
- The Sales Managers for each project will report into the AVP Sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- To directly contribute to the revenue growth of PickMyWork.
- To assess performance and identify bottlenecks in the growth for each Project to enable data driven decision making
- To guide and nurture Sales Managers to reach their set objectives
- To achieve the Revenue Targets mutually decided by the clients and company
- To ensure the strategic agenda is effectively translated into clear operational plans with objective target setting
- To work effectively with PickMyWork's founders, ensuring regular and accurate reporting on operational performance
- To support the leadership in management of PickMyWork's central operational functions.
- Recruit, support, line-manage and develop highly effective teams in each project where needed.
- Develop systems to ensure the effective use of data across the Project teams, developing appropriate tracking metrics to ensure high-quality delivery for client needs.
- Provide leadership on cross-organizational working, encouraging greater collaboration across functional teams to ensure the provision of coherent, joined-up services, e.g. between Sales Managers, HR and Recruitment Teams
- To provide advice and present challenges and opportunities to the Senior Management Team
- To build strong working relationships with all senior leaders within PickMyWork, developing a deep understanding of the organization's mission and aligning its principles and practices across project teams.

- The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills, attributes, and experience.
Experience :
- A track record of providing strong strategic and operational leadership in a rapidly growing organization.
- At least 2 years of proven success in sales and managing multiple revenue channels and teams
- Extensive experience of working with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience of developing effective operational processes to support the delivery of wider strategic goals.
Skills and Knowledge :
- A detailed understanding of service excellence with the leadership skills to foster a strong service ethos across the teams reporting into this position.
- The intellectual flexibility to participate fully in shaping the strategic and operational future of the network, working with all the senior colleagues.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot pragmatic solutions to operational challenges.
- An ability to work successfully under pressure with the capacity to manage competing priorities.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to build strong, sustainable relationships with a wide range of individuals.
