Job Description
Functional Consultant/Expert (Darwinbox)
- A techno-functional consulting champion who can take charge of the HRMS (Darwinbox) and lead the change & transformation process in the further implementation process.
- Willing to take up challenges in terms of change management thought process and further implementations in the key domain.
- Manage and deliver end to end implementation of the product
- User Acceptance testing as and when the updates are identified and implemented in the HCM.
- Analyze business requirements and design solutions covering various functional scenarios and prepare presentations for effective business decisions.
- Provide Key User Training and support customer to ensure sign off at each milestone as per the stipulated schedule.
- Map benefits delivered through the implementation of Darwinbox HRMS
- Understanding of Technology systems
- Bachelor's Degree is mandatory
- MBA in HR is preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in HR transformation & change management/HCM implementation roles/HR consulting/HRBP roles.
