Position Summary
Hatch is currently seeking to build a technical team to enhance and support our Total Client Management (TCM) solution built on SAP C4C (Cloud for Customers). We are looking to fill the roles of C4C Architect / Techno-Functional Analyst and C4C Developer, in our Hatch Digital group.

Our Hatch Digital IT team configures, programs, and maintains the SAP enterprise applications used by Hatchs Shared Services, Management, and client-facing Analysts and Project Teams. These applications include SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) with cloud extensions, SAP ECC (modules include FI, CO, SD, PS, and CPM), Concur, SuccessFactors, Fiori LaunchPad, Business Warehouse, Business Objects and the SAP Analytics Cloud. The team is currently planning a migration from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA.
At Hatch, our CRM system, known as Total Client Management (TCM) is key to Hatchs business success and is used by most of Hatchs engagement leads and senior technical team members. Significant enhancements are planned for the TCM solution in the short and medium term.

Between various roles/ positions, (C4C Architect / Techno-Functional Analyst and C4C Developers), the team will be tasked with system configuration and development as required for future extensions and improvements, ongoing maintenance and ensuring the operational integrity of the TCM solution including C4C, its extensions and integration into other SAP and non-SAP systems.
Hatch is a global company and responsibilities include supporting and providing solutions primarily but not limited to use in Canada, Australia, South Africa and South America.

Team Responsibilities
In collaboration with other team members, provide advice to management and stakeholders, recommend a course of action for Hatchs customer relationship management solution (TCM) in the following areas: solution scoping, requirements gap analysis, technical feasibility, functional and technical design, application configuration, technical architecture and specification, development, testing, production deployment and technical support, ensuring that the application will operate correctly in current and future environments
Design, configure and develop C4C extensions for the TCM solution and integration with other enterprise systems, including the future S/4 HANA system at Hatch
Create and maintain configurations and authorizations in the SAP C4C solution
Manage user role/access to the SAP C4C environment, including the full user ID lifecycle
Configure Account Master Data, and Workflows
Monitor integrations with other systems
Responsible for problem troubleshooting, including activities such as issue resolution and root cause analysis
Create and maintain documentation according to standards and need
Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned

Skills / Qualifications
Business or IT degree or equivalent
3 5 years of SAP C4C technical experience including configuration, development, extension, and integration
Experience in: Enhancing standard objects and developing custom objects/service in C4C
Developing against the C4C SDK
The ABSL Language and SAP Cloud Application studio
Understanding of C4C data model
C4C integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems using HCI, SOAP and ODATA web services, including for master data management
Data workbench, data templates and conversions.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent inter-personal skills
Results-oriented, self-starter, capable of working independently and within a team environment to meet deadlines
Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and knowledge of analytical tools
Superior attention to detail, problem solving and organizational skills
Ability to self-learn new systems and technologies
Willing to work outside of normal business hours as part of a global team

Nice to Have
Understanding of customer relationship management business processes, including concepts surrounding Opportunity Management, User roles, Account Management and Sales Scenarios
Experience with design thinking and usability design principles
Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, PowerBI
Education: Any Graduate
