Job Description

A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as this position will focus on working directly with multiple stakeholders including business, solution architects and developers to implement projects. The functional analyst will participate in the relevant process design, business impact assessment, and implementation of business solutions related to Supply Chain functions and processes.

Position Responsibilities
Provide functional knowledge of supplier collaboration key business processes and functional expertise on the IT services/applications that support them
Understand current and future business processes and establish strategies and requirements to align IT application and service capabilities with these processes
Participate in the design and implementation of technical solutions which address business requirements
Document applicable business processes, and develop detailed functional specifications
Create, review, & execute test scripts and participate in integration testing with end-users and technical teams including third-party vendor partners
Participate in workshops to capture use cases
Review use cases to identify high value, low cost opportunities to start with
Work with ServiceNow team and bedrock teams on implementation for solutions - Full cycle from defining solution through build, test and implementation and production usage
Analyze and identify priorities - Able to work with business stakeholders, understand business processes and identify opportunities
Understand system integrations and capabilities
Coordinate with ServiceNow, bedrock system and business stakeholders
Must be able to work a flexible schedule in order to coordinate with global IT teams
Must have Integration experience SAP with non-SAP external systems (Supplier collaboration, Invoicing, etc.) / internal legacy systems
Independently take up and participate in Requirement gathering, Document preparation, End-to-End Solution design, Functional Spec preparation, Realization and Deployment
Collaborate with cross functional teams comprising of business SMEs, Architects, Developers and SIs (vendor consultants) on current processes and proposing solutions to enhance current systems
Identify, recommend and implement complex configuration solutions and implement full cycle configuration to meet business needs; create and update associated documentation
Develop, review and maintain functional/application design documents in collaboration with stakeholders and SI partners
Participate in the project delivery during testing cycles and lead the root cause analysis and correction of issues

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
12-16 years of overall IT experience in manufacturing environments in which 8 years of experience in supply chain business processes with an emphasis in Product Development, Manufacturing, Demand and Supply Chain Planning, Transportation Management, Quality Systems, Distribution and Sustainability
Experience on ServiceNow, SAP will be added advantage

Typical Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in related field (i.e. Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Operations Management, Computer Science, Information Systems); An MBA is a plus
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 12 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master 10 years' related work experience)
