The Business Enablement group is a key driver of Digital transformation for Barco Business Sales, Service, Marketing, Manuf. & Logistics, Corporate functions. The business enablement group creates solutions across SAP and Salesforce technologies which empowers our different business units.
The Business enablement tech stack empowers people to do better work more efficiently and it includes solutions from Sales Enablement to team Collaboration to Content Enablement and much more.
Barco will be migrating to SAP S/4HANA from on-premises ECC6.0 in near future which will benefit our business and add overall business value by radically improving your business processes, leveraging your data for improved insights, and driving business agility.

As an SAP Functional, you will lead Barco into the future by translating system requirements into the design and configuration of customized EWM/WM systems in an agile environment. The success of Barco is in your hands as you transform vital business needs into SAP processes and drive innovation. You will part of the functional team responsible for SAP ECC migration towards to S4HANA. Key Responsibilities

Review, analyze, and evaluate as-is business processes for warehouse management
Designs to-be business processes for warehouse management based global template and best practices
Configure and maintain the relevant ECC components including but not limited to SAP WM/EWM (including documentation)
Create and manage SAP project tracks to implement or deploy capabilities as required: blueprints, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, etc.
Perform or manage production support of SAP business processes as needed
Warehouse, distribution, and transportation logistics business process knowledge and experience as well as compliance and documentation.
Additional support in Inventory Management and Material Master.
With Architects, experts, and other stakeholders to understand the requirements and translate those needs into concise user stories, backlog items with detailed requirements and implement them with the scrum team.
You investigate problems in search for the root cause and the solution(s) within your areas of responsibility.
You can effectively communication skills and knowledge to close communication gaps through proper channels.
You can easily integrate into a (virtual) team and work autonomously.
About the Successful Candidate
Preferred Skills and Experience
B.Tech./B.E/MTech in computer science or equivalent stream.
Desired Exp. Range 5 years to 10 years, SAP certification preferred.
Has hands on experience of Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Warehouse Management (WM) and Logistics Execution (LE).
Knowledge of other integrated supply chain modules is an asset.
Can work independently and to set priorities - demonstrating excellent organizing, planning and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with SAP Inventory Management and Material Master functional expertise (system configuration) is required.
Has excellent analytical skills and is able to present an analysis in a clear & concise way to key stakeholders;
Has the necessary agile mindset & cooperative skills to get things done.
Fluent oral and written English skills. Demonstrate eagerness to learn new techniques and methods, follow lead and achieve results.
High internal drive/self-initiative; Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
