Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring immediate response to all priority calls during the shift and follow escalation process. Ensuring news papers & magazines are placed in right place. Ensuring that the Mails are collected and distributed in time. Coordinating all meeting room arrangements and booking. Compliance audit for Vendors. Vendor management. Following with vendor for salary disbursement. Helpdesk request updation. Making all Inventory reports (pantry , housekeeping, maintainance, stationary, mediciene). Taking care of Medical voucher, concur bills and vendor claim voucher. All other soft services including security their salary and if any problem regarding PF and. Leave Lunch arrangement during any workshop. Taking care of ID cards of employee. Scheduling monthly meeting with stake holder. About you You have a bachelor in Arts / Commerce and have 4-5 Years of experience in same field. You have good written and verbal communication along with good analytical skills. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
