Keep front desk area neat tidy and presentable with all necessary material \xef\x82\xb7 Greet and welcome visitors and guests \xef\x82\xb7 Attend queries / complaints about the office management of internals stake holders in an efficient manner \xef\x82\xb7 Attend all incoming calls and redirect them to the concern person or keep messages \xef\x82\xb7 Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them in a proper manner \xef\x82\xb7 Before receiving any political party, legal courier, register post need to check with legal department. \xef\x82\xb7 Monitor office supplies and place orders as and when required \xef\x82\xb7 Keep updated records and files of office management \xef\x82\xb7 Monitor consumption of stationary, toiletry etc. \xef\x82\xb7 Make sure guest, visitors, employees are wearing mask, shoes cover, hand gloves. \xef\x82\xb7 Gently check with visitors about covid vaccine (Fully vaccinated or not) \xef\x82\xb7 Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.) \xef\x82\xb7 Assisting & escorting guests as per the requirement. Requirements \xef\x82\xb7 Proven experience as front desk representative \xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping \xef\x82\xb7 Proficient in English (verbal and written) \xef\x82\xb7 Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word) \xef\x82\xb7 Effective communication and inter-personal skill Job Type: Full-time Salary: 920,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Speak with the employer
