We are hiring for the below position: Freshers(US IT domain) - Pre-sales/ Inside-sales/ BDE Key Responsibility Area: Selling Company\'s services and products Responsibilities: * Responsible for getting New Lead/ Clients/ Requirements. * Generate requirement from new clients and existing clients thru cold calling. * Understand the requirement and client need and shortlist the suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates, location preference from available pool of resources. * Negotiate the rates with clients & candidates (if required) * Make timely submissions and provide all the information to the clients, which is required for making an end client submission. * Follow up with clients on the progress of the submittals made. * Orient the candidate on interview process & closure. Key points about the role are: a) Job Type: Onsite (Noida Sector 63) b) Shift: Night shift (7:30PM IST - 4:30AM IST) c) 5 days working, Saturdays and Sundays are fixed off d) Must have good English communication skills e) Meal is provided by Office f) Both side cab facility provided only to women-employees in Ghaziabad and Noida Immediate joiners only.
