  • Candidate with Excellent communication & Presentation skills with sound Networking knowhow & Flair for Network Solutions & Products(MPLS, Internet Lease Line, Broadband, Wi-Fi, Cloud Based Contact Center, Router, switches etc). Candidate should have hand on experience working on MS Project/MS Visio/MS Power point ,Word & Excel
  • Candidates who would clear first round of interview shall have to present couple of slides on USE case- How Internet has changed our daily livesRoles and Responsibilities

MEASURE
Customer Commercials and Proposals
1.Timely preparation of business cases for margin approvals for all products and services 2. Margin Sheet analysis, Cost analysis, T& C and BOM finalization
2. Preparing and finalizing rate cards/contracts for various customers
3. Coordinating with vendors/SCM for best rates for network equipment
4. Coordinating with feasibility team to provide most cost effective solution to sales team.
5. Coordinating with sales team to understand customer requirement and budget and provide best fit budgetary/final quotes. 6.Coordinating among the different departments(NOC, Projects, Service Assurance, Engineering teams) for giving techno- commercial amicable solutions 7.Captiring all request from Sales, customer & assigning to relevant team members, tracking for early closure & maintaining daily tracker report 8.Preparing Techno-commercial offer document for end customers with Network diagrams Customer Contract renewals (Retention)
Customer retention program based on annual renewals & upgrade requirements of existing customers by providing timely margin approvals. Bid Management/Special Projects
1. Bid Synopsis (Preparation of pre bid queries)
2. Preparation of final Bid submission document based on eligibility criteria.
3. Techno Commercial Proposal Document preparation with inputs from commercial and technical teams.
4. Coordinating with legal and financial team (TDN/TIL) for bid related eligibility criteria fulfillment.
