Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end franchising process, from business planning to lead generation, and selling franchise opportunities to potential investors. The role will require working closely with and coordinating tasks with other teams within the organization. Qualifications Franchise Sales skills, including experience in selling franchise opportunities and managing the franchising process Business planning skills, including financial planning, market analysis, and developing business proposals Franchising skills, including in-depth knowledge of franchise agreements and legal requirements Communication skills, including strong written and verbal communication and the ability to make effective presentations Lead generation skills, including experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with potential investors, using social media and other marketing channels to generate leads, and conducting market research Qualifications that would be beneficial for the role include previous experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or business development roles, a bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field, and proficiency in English and Hindi.
