About Us Holiday Inn Resort Goa is a franchise of IHG and is an Unit of Averina International Resorts Pvt. Ltd, situated at Mobor-Cavelossim, South Goa, with an inventory of 205 rooms. Our regional sales offices are situated at Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Goa & Ahmadabad. Your day to day The hotel sales job involves promoting and selling the hotel\'s services and accommodations to potential customers, such as individual guests, corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies. The role focuses on generating revenue by attracting new customers, retaining existing ones, and maximizing sales opportunities. (NB- We are considering Candidates with Hotel Sales background only) Develop a comprehensive understanding of the hotel\'s facilities, room types, amenities, and services to effectively promote them to potential customers. Identify and target key market segments, including corporate clients, group bookings, weddings, events, and leisure travelers. Actively prospect for new business opportunities through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, attending trade shows, and building relationships with travel agencies and event planners. Respond to inquiries from potential customers promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about room availability, rates, packages, and hotel amenities. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to the specific needs and requirements of each client. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements in collaboration with the hotel management or revenue team. Maintain regular communication and build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns, digital marketing strategies, and sales collateral. Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry events to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Achieve or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and occupancy rates as set by the hotel management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including client information, sales activities, and revenue reports. What We Need From You Bachelor\'s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related field Four or more years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales and marketing setting with direct supervisory experience over a sales team Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required Other languages preferred What We Offer We provide our team everything they need to succeed.
