Daily Receiving Item Qty to be checked with Challan /Bill. Daily Scrap Sale Check with Bottle, Black Oil Tin and etc. Daily Kitchen Issue Check with Requisitions. Daily Outward Register to be Check with Get pass for material transfer. Daily Internal transfer to be recorded. Daily Bar Inventory / Rock Shop (Weekly Inventory) / Tobacco. Debit note to be Raised (Kitchen/Bar/Store/Restaurant), data to be maintained. Daily Checking of Spoilage Report with Items. Daily Checking of Void bill/Void KOT with Authorized signature. Daily checking of Discount Report with Authorized signature on bills. Daily Checking of Non chargeable Report with Authorized signature on bills. Daily Checking of Store GRN with Purchase bill, cash bill (Qty and Value). Daily Checking of daily material received from Commissary Qty with gram. Issue Vs Actual Consumption Theoretical Value for High Consumption Items. Monthly One time Cashier Audit/Spot Check. Monthly One Time Safe Locker Check with Bill and Cash. Preparing Weekly Cost Report. Monthly Report Finalization 4th. Updating of New Purchase rate to be check with system / POS Selling Item Check with Menu Card Monthly.
