A Food and Beverage (F&B) Steward is a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of the dining area and kitchen. The primary responsibility is to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, banquet facilities, and kitchen. : 1. Cleaning and Maintenance: - Clean and sanitize all utensils, dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment. - Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and other F&B facilities. - Regularly clean and maintain kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, and fryers. - Arrange and store dishes, silverware, and glassware properly. 2.
