Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Assistant at The Daleside Manor. The role involves day-to-day tasks associated with food preparation, food service, customer service, and food and beverage maintenance. Additionally, the role involves providing excellent communication with team-members and customers in a professional and timely manner. Qualifications Food preparation and food service knowledge and experience Customer service experience and skills Experience with maintaining food and beverage supplies and equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and holidays Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment is preferred Certifications in food safety and handling are beneficial
