Talent Acquisition
1. Provide general support to talent acquisition leadership and coordination of day to day activities
2. Maintain calendars and schedules of interviews, meetings, and events both internally and externally
3. Create and maintain reports of key recruiting metrics include cost per hire ratios, ROI of resources, and retention data
4. Schedule and track all interviews, offer processes, travel schedules, and event schedules
5. Interface with internal leadership and hiring managers to ensure smooth efficiencies through the recruiting and onboarding process

Talent Acquisition
6. Work with team and candidates to provide status updates
7. Manage, maintain relationships, and support all external and internal stake holders
8. Utilize and support recruiters in the Taleo and follow Taleo Staffying ERP
9. Contribute to the creative talent acquisition process by creating unique and "outside of the box" ideas on marketing and events .
10. Participate in the interviewing and selection process of all roles nationally

MIS
Prepare and always keep records pertaining to Talent acquisition ready and updated.
Circulate Status of Recruitment every forthnight.

MBA

4-10 Years
