Fleet Manager (Uber Experience Mandatory)
:
- Proven work experience as an Operations Manager, fleet manager or similar senior operations role
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance team
- Excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Keen Interest in Transport Industry.
- Good multitasking and analytical skills.
- Manage the region and individual performances. Forecast quarterly and annual profits.
- Prepare performance reports for presentation to upper management
- Maximize company profits at the branches supervised
- Organize and implement training programs for staff in the entire region
- Ensure that all branches follow safety, health and business laws and regulations
- Identify hiring needs and building a core team which will be responsible for company's growth.
- Will be the SPOC for Uber from Everest Fleet.
