Required Fleet Officers
Job Description
Responsible for managing the Fleet and Transport with a broad focus on
r Operations, Logistics, Manpower Management, day to day Administration issues etc.
r Effectively handling Day to day Logistics, Operations, route optimization & maintenance.
r Fleet Management.
r Liaison with government bodies (RTO, Police and Local Municipal officials etc.)
r Manpower Management & Handling Employee Relations matters.
r Effectively handle process related improvements.
r Hiring, Managing and developing a proactive professional team.
r Regular maintenance of vehicles & vehicle records
r Regular check of vehicle fitness/insurance/RC Copy
r Employee Engagement.
r Supervising Processing activities and adhere to processes to mitigate risk due to shortage of fleet or vehicle breakdown.
r Address grievances of staff pertaining to operation.
