Summary

  • The role is part of the front-ending team in India to handle data requests pertaining to all regulatory audits - planned or ad-hoc and regulatory submissions of varied frequency
  • Upfront preparation of planned annual audits by regulatory bodies.
  • Co-ordination with different stake holders/applciaitons.
Key Responsibilities
  • Have ownership and accountability to ensure that any regulatory requests from regulatory bodies are completed within the required SLA
  • Ability to understand the Custody domain and related hierarchy and be a subject matter expert for regulatory queries/ submissions for systems in use in India.
  • Contribute towards Data Governance by working with required teams. Carry out integrity checks/ validations before submission
  • Facilitate the data requests (planned or ad-hoc) and front end all planned submissions of varied frequency (quarterly, monthly submissions)
  • Upfront preparation of planned annual audits by regulatory bodies.
  • Liaise with in-country, regional and global partners and work collaboratively to deliver regulatory submissions
  • Lead project team and delivering the project end to end
  • Co-ordinate with various Operations/Product/Technology groups and resolve open issues/scope and deliver the project
  • Track deliverables as per plan
  • Mange issues/Risks
Required Skills/Experience
  • 6-10 years of Project management experience, especially large size IT projects
  • Extensive Experience in handling and understanding regulatory asks is a must along-with direct experience in dealing and interacting with regulators and their inspection teams.
  • Experience in data analytics, modelling, extraction, slice & dice.
  • Experience in handling mission critical requirements at short notice in the regulatory space
  • Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities
  • Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to Microsoft Project,, JIRA, MS Excel, etc.

Qualification
  • Bachelors/Master Degree either in technology disciplines
