The Role

We are seeking a Focused and passionate, Customer oriented and highly - organized Fleet Manager. This is an opportunity to work with the Atlas Copco Compressors Technique Sales and Service team on the daily functions that drive our business. We have approx. 650 Leased cars throughout india and this incumbent will be Accountable for smooth functioning of fleet operations across india.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Liaise with Dealers/Vendors and be the single point of contact for all operations in the city for all things to do with procuring vehicles.
- Responsible for all in-fleeting activities including timely order confirmation in line with expected lead times from manufacturers and vendors

-Ensuring Timely Bill certifications of Leasing partners, Checking its accuracy, certifying and reconciling the Bills from different vendors.

- Ensuring effective Fuel management: Timely loading/recharge of Petrol cards, maintaining MIS, checking and certifying and processing petro card service providers bills.
- Track of performance of various models and manufacturers as per forecast numbers
- Will monitor inventory status and ensures that cars are available in line with the demand.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Managing the fleet strength of 650 cars though india.
- Ensuring the all the fleet related parameters for best-in-class services.
- Tracking the ageing of the cars and ensuring SLA adherence as recommended by the manufacturer.
- Liaison with government for any new deployments or replacing the existing cars.
- Defining the metrics for Fleet team.
- Responsible for Effectiveness and Efficiency initiatives through digitalisation for fleet Operations.
- New vendor development & Relationship management for key tasks like Fabrication, refurbishment schedule servicing and other procurement activities.
- Ability to define specific contingency plans for smooth operations.
- Conceptualize and developing MIS models for verification, analysis and report submission to government.
- Tracking all the fleet related expenses across the state.
- Ensuring comprehensive process documentation and periodical updation in Quality management System.
- Taking end to end responsibility for Insurance claim process for Cars.
- Responsible for innovations & developing models for Fleet.

What we expect of you?

Skills you should have
- Atleast 5 years of experience in fleet management and supervision management.
- Knowledge and expertise in car leasing industry a plus
- Solid Microsoft Office skills - MS Excel and Word.

- Ability to manager complex and dynamic MIS for fleet operations.
- Excellent organization, planning skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, work in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to different roles and job related requirements
- Performs other duties as assigned.
