What\'s the role Build technical and functional capability of the Market Organization (MO) Engineering and Sales teams in focus area(s) such as Firestop Markets or DX and Measuring, to attain sustainable, profitable growth in these focus area(s) Develop, coordinate and implement market strategies within specific coverage areas as defined by the Company Strategy Identify, develop and build development plans to penetrate at all levels, the Hilti Accredited Firestop Specialty Contractor (HAFSC) Manage and lead sales and engineering key stakeholders to target identified key projects and drive sales for these projects Who is Hilti If you\'re new to the industry, you might not have heard of us. What does the role involve Build technical and functional capability of the Market Organization (MO) Engineering and Sales teams in focus area of passive Firestop technology and to attain sustainable, profitable growth in the focus area. Develop, coordinate, and implement market strategies within specific coverage areas as defined by the Company Strategy. Identify, develop, and build development plans to penetrate at all levels on project and influence clients, consultants to promote profitable growth of passive firestop technologies. Work closely with Hilti Accredited Firestop Specialty Contractor (HAFSC) and promote differentiated service of installation for firestop products. Manage and lead sales and engineering key stakeholders to target identified key projects and drive sales for these projects. Self-driven and working autonomously create his/her own planning and tasks to reach the targets. Identify, understand, and deliver high level system selling value proposition sell a solution and a product. Show strong Leadership skills to influence internal and external stakeholders and set up a direction. Good communication (oral and written) both skills to ensure clarity on direction and agreements within the team. Ability to understand different perspectives on potential issues (customer, team member, different functions) and work in the matrix organization and collaborate with different teams for successful project execution (logistics, PMO, BUs etc). What you need is: Degree in relevant Technical Field (e.g. Structural/Civil engineering, or similar) Commercial profile with relevant experience in Engineering and Sales with proven commercial acumen Good knowledge of Hilti relevant applications with experience in construction, either in design offices or at construction sites. Strong communication and interpersonal skills working in a fast-paced commercial environment involving multiple key stakeholders.
