Role profile: Finance role with specific focus on master data management and cross application data integrity, as well as being Finance SME partnering with Technology Finance for data and system resolutions. ROLE SUMMARY: Finance role to design and deploy master data across applications supporting the Global Process Owner Master Data and working alongside the Workstream Lead Master Data in deployments across finance tools. SME across core finance systems ensuring that the current Master Data structures are streamlined and transformed to create a new Master Data suite to enable LSEG to operate on one core ERP solution, with reporting master data management of the legacy systems to provide excellent reporting facilities to the Finance community. To be successful in this rule you will want to work in the Finance / IT hybrid space. You will have a good understanding of finance processes, systems and data mechanics, and will be able to talk confidently with various stakeholders around these. WHAT YOU\'LL BE DOING: Providing assistance to the GPO master data on current master data structures and how these are transformed into new structures to enable world class reporting, governance and controlled deployments across the Finance applications. Providing guidance on user access across finance data sets and applications Providing training as required to users and teams across finance and other key users of the Groups ERP with emphasis on understanding data flows. Bringing together legacy Master Data currently in use and ensuring data integrity is established and maintained as LSEG transitions to its new ERP. Building out and maintaining role based access across the finance applications set, and being the key SME on user access approvals on behalf of Group Finance. SME from Finance on all other IT related activity that requires finance input. Supporting the GPO Master Data on the ERPM programme activities. A strong understanding and willingness to own the future estate will be fundamental to the success.
