Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Female Customer Support Executive (Mail Process) who will offer excellent customer service. To be successful as a customer support executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities:

  • Resolving customer complaints & queries brought to your attention under a specific timeline through mails.
  • Manage and drive sales team target and performance.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Candidate should have good communication skills and should be comfortable in speaking with customer and replying to customer emails in English.
  • Candidate should have good typing speed and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in outbound voice process.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
  • Should have Computer skills, MS Office, Chat Support
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 920,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Day shift
