We are looking for a qualified Female Customer Support Executive who will offer excellent customer service. To be successful as a customer support executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills . Responsibilities:

  • Resolving customer complaints & queries brought to your attention under a specific timeline through calls.
  • Should be comfortable with both - Inbound and Outbound voice process.
  • Manage and drive sales team target and performance
  • Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need.
  • Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in outbound voice process.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
  • Should have Computer skills, MS Office.
